Procrastinating heavily today, and fell into a favorite pasttime: watching videos of Zhirinovsky yelling. One of them linked to this, and it’s a classic from Putin’s phone-in show last year, when he was still president. The woman says to the presenter: “I won’t talk to you, only the president.” “I’m here,” he says. “Is it you?
